Tax Deed Investors: Why spend all the time and money filing quiet title lawsuits when, often, you can buy a quitclaim deed from the former owner (or heirs) by paying them $200 or less?

Tax Lien Investors: Want to take possession with only a tax lien? Get a quitclaim deed from at least one owner, usually at a  minimal cost, and you are entitled to possession.

Our fee is $1,500 for up to two grantors, slightly more if there are more than two former owners or heirs.  Deed preparation by an attorney: $150 per deed.
